April 18, 1963 - Missouri Pacific #6604 (to become BEDT #22)
Heavy set gentleman working on radiator shutter is shop employee "Willie" (last name unknown).
According to Joe Roborecky's recollection, he always stayed behind his lathe when not required to
work outside, and even eat his lunch at his lathe.
Willie was also responsible for blowing the yard whistle at 7 am and 4 pm.
